What this service is

Chat Access is a link hub and nothing more. It takes the link you arrived on and opens the corresponding destination in Telegram. We do not host that destination, moderate it, or control what is posted there.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to use Telegram in your country, and at least 16 years old, to use this service. Some destinations reachable through our links are intended for adults only and are labelled as such by their operators; do not proceed if you are below the age stated for a given destination.

Acceptable use

• Do not use this service to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful material.
• Do not attempt to probe, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the site or its endpoints.
• Do not present our links as though they originate from Telegram or from us when they do not.

Reaching a chat requires Telegram, which is operated by Telegram Messenger Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Telegram. Their terms and privacy policy govern your use of their app.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that a link will always resolve, that Telegram will open on your device, or that a destination will still exist. We are not responsible for the content of anything you reach through our links, nor for anything you agree to with its operator.
