Privacy Policy

Chat Access is a link hub. Its only function is to forward you to Telegram. This page explains exactly what happens to data while you are on our site.

What we do not collect

We have no accounts, no sign-up, and no forms. We do not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that identifies you personally. We never see your Telegram account or the contents of any conversation you have there.

Analytics we do collect

We count anonymous events so we can tell whether our links work. For each visit we record:

• which of four things happened: the page was viewed, the open button was tapped, Telegram opened, or you told us you do not have Telegram;
• the date and hour of the event;
• the two-letter country code your network resolves to, supplied by our hosting provider.

These are stored only as running totals per day, per hour, and per country. They are not tied to you, to a device, or to a session, and they cannot be traced back to an individual.

Meta Pixel

When an advertising campaign links to this page, we load the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. It reports three events — a page view, a content view, and a lead when you tap the button to open Telegram — so the advertiser can measure whether their advertising worked. The Pixel is operated by Meta under its own terms; see Meta’s Privacy Policy for how Meta uses this data. If no advertising identifier is present in the link, no Pixel is loaded at all.

Browser storage

We store one small key in your browser’s local storage to avoid reporting the same event twice if you reload the page. It contains no personal data, never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Once you reach Telegram

Telegram is a separate service operated by Telegram Messenger Inc. We are not affiliated with it. Once the app opens, this policy no longer applies and Telegram’s Privacy Policy governs instead.

Your choices

You can block the Meta Pixel with any standard content blocker, or clear local storage, without affecting your ability to continue to Telegram. To ask what we hold or to request deletion, contact us using the details on our Contact page.
